Lifetime RV Roof

Lifetime RV Roof is a roof shop based in Bates City, Missouri, off Highway 70. You bring the RV to them, as they note they are "conveniently located off Hwy 70."

The shop specializes in one thing: sprayed-on RV roof coating, using the FlexArmor product, applied to Class A, Class C and Class B motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels and toy haulers. The coating replaces the usual caulked seams around vents, sewer fixtures, awning rails and transition strips with a single sealed surface, which matters because caulk joints are where most roof leaks start and often go unnoticed until the wood underneath is already damaged.

No hourly rate or price list is published, so ask about cost and scheduling when you call. The install itself takes about three days from drop-off, which is worth knowing if you are planning around a trip.

Lifetime RV Roof has been applying FlexArmor for almost a decade and was one of the product's early applicators, with founder Jennifer Adair still involved. The written warranty is a real selling point here: it is "100% transferable and guarantees no leaks," meaning it follows the RV to a new owner and is honored by FlexArmor applicators nationwide, not just this one shop, so the coverage does not disappear if this location ever closes.

Google rates it 4.9 stars from 115 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner tired of resealing roof seams every year or two, or anyone shopping for a roof fix with a warranty that still means something after they sell the rig.
