RV Service Center

RV Service Center is an RV repair shop based at 38 McRae Rd in Byhalia, MS. You bring the RV to the shop, since it does not come to your campsite or driveway. Google rates it 5 stars from 8 reviews.

It repairs and remodels travel trailers, 5th wheels, LQ horse trailers and motorhomes, and it services "everything from travel trailers to buses, horse trailers, food trucks, and other mobile structures." It lists itself as "authorized factory dealers for Coleman, Suburban, Dometic, HWH, Lippert, Girrard, Norcold, Thetford, and Carefree of Colorado." It names no specific systems, so ask about your air conditioner, refrigerator or slide-out before you drive out.

It publishes no prices, hourly rate, diagnostic fee or hours, and it states no service area. When you call, ask about each of those and about the trip fee.

It works with "all extended warranties and insurance companies," calls itself "a preferred facility for State Farm," and does "warranty work for Grand Design and Heartland." A warranty or insurance claim pays only at a shop that accepts it, so confirm your plan before you authorize any work. For financing, it refers you to Family Choice Financial. It names six team members, including Jim Ferguson and John Poole, but names no certifications or licenses, so ask what training your tech has for your brand.

This is a good fit for an owner who can bring a travel trailer, 5th wheel, LQ horse trailer or motorhome to Byhalia, especially one of the brands listed above, or who needs a shop that takes a particular extended warranty or insurance plan.
