The Camper Shop

The Camper Shop repairs travel trailers, 5th wheels and slide-in/pickup campers. It serves RV owners throughout East Central Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. No street address or home city is given for the shop, so you can bring your RV to it or ask it to come to you. Its mobile service starts with "We bring professional RV service directly to you." It works on rigs at home, in a storage facility, at a campground or at a seasonal site.

The listed RV types are travel trailers, 5th wheels and slide-in/pickup campers, and motorhomes are not on the list. The work it names covers RV diagnostics, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair, HVAC, roof, seal and water intrusion, slide-out and awning service, winterization and de-winterization, and preventive maintenance. Its mobile list leaves out slide-out and HVAC work, so ask whether a stuck slide-out can be looked at where the rig sits before you pay for a tow.

It publishes no trip fee, hourly rate or diagnostic fee, so ask about the trip fee first when you call or text 651-999-9328. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and no after-hours or emergency service is stated. Online scheduling is not available yet.

Steve, the owner, has "decades of experience" with mechanical systems, and the shop's promise is "We explain what your RV needs and what it doesn't." When no prices are posted, a plain answer about what can wait keeps the bill in check. The site names no warranty, licensing, insurance or certifications and gives no founding year, so ask about those when you call.

This is a good fit for an owner with a travel trailer, 5th wheel or slide-in camper in East Central Minnesota or Western Wisconsin who wants service at a storage lot or seasonal site. A traveler with a motorhome should look elsewhere.
