RV Doctor LLC is a mobile RV tech and NRVIA certified inspection service based in Kimball, Minnesota. It comes to you, and it says it is "Supporting Minnesota, Wisconsin, Dakota's and Iowa."

Owner Wayne Kosters does both pre-purchase inspections and maintenance and repair work. An inspection covers the roof, exterior sidewalls, entrance doors, storage compartments, awnings, slideouts, wheel assemblies, engine, transmission, chassis and undercarriage, leveling systems, 12V DC chassis and house systems, generator, solar, water and plumbing, propane with leak testing, appliances, air conditioning, interior components and electronics. On motorhomes, fluid samples for coolant, transmission, generator and hydronic system can be added and the results folded into the report. For maintenance, the list includes roof inspection, air conditioner service, winterization with antifreeze, water system sanitizing, appliance cleaning, electrical system maintenance, LPG leak testing and annual service on Aqua-Hot and ITR Oasis hydronic heat systems. That hydronic heat work matters because manufacturers recommend annual service on those systems whether or not they got used much that year.

No hourly rate, trip fee or inspection fee is published, so ask when you call what a given job or inspection will run. After an inspection, the report with photos arrives within 24 to 48 hours, in writing, which is worth having if you end up negotiating price with a seller.

Kosters holds NRVIA inspector certification, RVTI Master Certified RV Technician status, four RVTI Level 3 specialist certifications, Truma Level 3 training and Lippert training on axles, ABS, awnings, leveling, slideouts, water heaters and Furrion refrigeration and AC. The business has been running since 2018. Google rates it 4.9 stars from 56 reviews.

This is a good fit for someone about to buy a used or new RV who wants an unbiased inspection before money changes hands, or an owner in Minnesota, Wisconsin, the Dakotas or Iowa who needs seasonal maintenance done at home instead of hauling the rig to a shop.
