JTS RV Inc

JTS RV Inc is an RV repair shop based in Pentwater, Michigan, and it works both ways: bring the rig to its three-bay shop or have a tech come to you. "We can work on your RV at your home or campground" covers many repairs, and the shop says same-day service may be available if timing works out.

The work covers structural, interior and exterior repairs on trailers, fifth wheels and motorhomes of any make. Its own list includes propane, appliance repair and replacement, awnings, leveling and blocking, roof treatments, hauling and transporting, and computer diagnostics on RV appliances. It also handles insurance work, and it offers free estimates on awnings and electric awning upgrades.

No hourly rate, trip fee or diagnostic fee is published, so ask about those when you call. Hours run Monday through Friday 9 to 5 and Saturday 9 to 12, with a fall shutdown each September and a seasonal close on November 1. It also takes on vintage awning makeovers and offers outside and covered RV storage for the off-season.

The shop has been family-owned since 1964, which means decades of handling the same systems that break on the road. Many of its services carry a warranty of up to 90 days on labor and 120 days on parts, so a repair that fails again soon after is not automatically a new bill. Google rates it 4.8 stars from 143 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner in the Pentwater area who wants shop repairs done right the first time, or a traveler who needs a tech to meet them at the campground instead of towing the rig somewhere.
