Brewbaker's Housing & RV
Own this business? Update this listingBrewbaker's Housing & RV is an RV dealer with a repair shop in Onaway, Michigan, at 20935 Washington Ave. You bring the RV to the shop. It sells new and used travel trailers, fifth wheels, single axles and toy haulers, and it calls itself "Northern MI's Oldest Full Service RV Dealer." The family has owned and operated it since 1959.
The service department says it "handles everything from routine maintenance to major RV repairs." The work it lists includes roof inspections, repairs and sealant work, winterization and de-winterization, water system and plumbing, electrical and battery work, furnace, air conditioner, water heater and appliance service, slide-out and leveling repairs, awning repairs, body and collision repairs, and hitch installation. It also lists warranty repairs. It does not say which RV types it works on, so ask about your rig before you book.
No hourly labor rate, diagnostic charge or after-hours service is published, so ask for a price on your job before you leave the RV. Hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm. Call or text 989-733-8535 to schedule an appointment.
Its maintenance guide says "Spring check-ups are recommended each year after the camper comes out of storage or before its first use," which is a good time to have the roof and seals looked at. Google rates it 4.6 stars from 221 reviews, and its reviews name Service Manager Justin.
This is a good fit for an RV owner who can get to Onaway and wants roof, body, electrical and warranty work done at one shop, or who wants a spring check-up from a shop that also stocks RV parts.
