Eagle Eye Mobile RV Repair

Eagle Eye Mobile RV Repair is a mobile RV repair business based in Muskegon, Michigan. It comes to you, whether that is a driveway, a storage lot or a campsite, anywhere in West Michigan.

It works on electrical, plumbing, roof, slide-out, generator, heating, cooling and awning systems on travel trailers, motorhomes, fifth wheels and caravans, and its technicians are certified by Truma, Lippert, NPS, Aqua-Hot, Dish, Dexter and Dometic. It names Muskegon, Grand Rapids and Holland among the towns it covers.

No hourly rate, diagnostic fee or trip fee is published, so ask about the trip fee when you call. It offers emergency service from 5pm to 10pm every day, on top of its Monday through Saturday, 9 to 5 service hours. "Your Master Certified RV Service Technician will give you a precise 1-hour arrival window and call 30 minutes before arrival," which matters when you are stuck at a campsite waiting on a repair.

Eagle Eye has over 30 years of experience in the RV industry and calls itself West Michigan's only mobile RV repair and rental service. Co-owner Damon Hooper holds a Level 4 Master Certified Technician rating, the highest level in the RV industry, and co-owner Amy Ferguson serves as General Manager of Operations. Its policy is "you only pay if you're 100% satisfied," and it lists itself as licensed and insured with over 30 years of experience behind it.

Google rates it 4.9 stars from 65 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner anywhere in West Michigan who wants a technician to show up at the campsite or driveway instead of towing the rig to a shop, and who does not mind asking about cost up front since no price list is posted.
