Vinny's Collision

Vinny's Collision is an auto body shop based in Lapeer, Michigan, and it also handles RV body and system repairs. You can bring the RV to its shop on N Lapeer Rd, or it will come to you: "You can come to us or we can come to you when you have issues with your RV."

It works on RV roofs, walls, plumbing, kitchen and fridge systems, AC, window seals, awnings and canopies, along with brake inspections, resealing and assessments of motorized and towable components. The company puts it plainly: "We're a full-service RV repair company, which means that we can repair anything, anywhere that you're having trouble with." It covers the Lapeer and Port Huron, MI area.

No hourly rate or trip fee is published, so ask about both when you call, along with whether it will come to your campsite or driveway for the job at hand. Vinny's does offer free estimates, and it says it works with insurance companies and offers deductible forgiveness, which can matter if the damage to your RV's wall or roof came from a collision or storm rather than ordinary wear. The shop has been doing this work for 15 years, under the same lead technician, and is open Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM, with Saturday by appointment.

This is a good fit for an owner dealing with collision or water damage to an RV's roof, wall, or body, especially one who also wants help sorting out an insurance claim rather than just getting a repair bill.
