Brown's RV Inspection and Service, LLC is a mobile RV inspector and technician based in Eastern Massachusetts. Steve Brown comes to you, working at your campsite, a storage location or your own driveway, rather than running a shop you drive to.

The core of the business is the pre-purchase inspection, done to NRVIA standards. A full inspection can take a whole day and covers the roof, sealants, vents and skylights, the sidewalls, slideout rooms and awnings, the chassis and brake systems, the 120 volt and 12 volt electrical systems, fresh and waste water systems, the LP gas system and all its safety components, and every major appliance from the refrigerator and furnace to the microwave and dishwasher. You get a report within 24 hours with 70 to 100 photos and a rundown of every test, followed by a phone call to walk through it. As an NRVIA inspector, Steve will not tell you whether to buy the rig, only what its actual condition is, which matters because an inspector with no stake in the sale has no reason to shade the report either way. He also will not do repair work on an RV he has inspected for a year afterward, for the same reason.

Beyond inspections, he handles mobile repairs, routine maintenance like sealant checks, AC coil cleaning and slideout seal care, winterizing, appliance upgrades, and hands-on instruction for owners new to RVing. No trip fee, hourly rate or inspection price is published, so ask about cost and service area when you call.

This suits an owner in Massachusetts buying a used RV who wants an honest report before signing, or one who needs maintenance done without hauling the rig anywhere.
