Dockside OC

Dockside OC is a mobile detailing business based in Ocean City, MD. It comes to you, so the work happens where your rig is parked. Its main trade is car, truck and boat detailing, and it names RVs among the vehicles it helps with: "From cars and trucks to RVs and boats, we are dedicated to helping you protect and enhance your valuable investments."

The services it lists are ceramic coating, paint correction, gel coat restoration and waxing. It names no RV-specific work and no RV types, so before you book, ask whether it has detailed a motorhome or fifth wheel and which of these it would do on yours. For its auto work, it says its detailing packages offer protection "that ranges from 6 months up to 5 years," so ask how long a coating on your rig would last.

It publishes no prices, hourly rate, trip fee or hours. It does offer a "free estimate," and its booking button reads "Estimate or Book now." When you call 443-235-8557, ask for the trip fee first, then ask what the estimate covers. It also states no service area, so ask whether it will come to your campground or storage lot.

Heather started detailing in 2006 while she was working at Ake Marine, and the business now has three year-round employees plus a seasonal crew. It describes itself as having "almost 20 years of experience." It names no certifications, licensing or insurance, so ask for proof of insurance before anyone works on your rig at a campground. Its Google listing rates it 4.8 stars from 18 reviews, under the category Car detailing service.

This is a good fit for an owner near Ocean City who wants a mobile detailer for ceramic coating or paint correction and will confirm RV experience and insurance before booking.
