Maryland Mobile Trailer Service Inc

Maryland Mobile Trailer Service Inc is a truck and trailer repair business based at 6735 Dorsey Road in Elkridge, Maryland, and its work is mostly commercial trucks and trailers. Its four service vehicles bring the work to you for "the fastest onsite repairs possible," and jobs also get done at its shop.

It lists brakes, drums and brake chambers, overhead and swing doors, body, frame and roof, lights and wiring, and trailer undercarriage. It calls itself "your local authorized warranty repair center" for brands including Great Dane Trailer and Whiting Door. Its RV work is listed only under inspections: it inspects campers and travel trailers for Maryland State and DOT inspections. It does not describe RV repairs, so ask whether it will take your rig before you drive over.

Pickup and drop-off is free within 15 miles, and Maryland State inspections must be done at the shop. It does not publish an hourly rate, diagnostic fee or minimum charge, so ask for a price before work starts. It takes EFS checks and company checks. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, and it is closed on weekends. It offers "complete emergency services," and "Same-day repairs services are available."

Its technicians are ASE-Certified, and its paint work is DuPont paint certified. ASE certification means a technician has passed national tests in a specialty. It has been in business since 1983 and belongs to the Elkridge Chamber of Commerce. Carole Hedges is the contact, at 410-761-4884.

This is a good fit for a trailer owner within 15 miles of Elkridge who needs brake, door or body work, or a Maryland State inspection of a camper or travel trailer.
