Avenue Mobile Services

Avenue Mobile Services is a family-owned RV and camper repair business based in Avenue, Maryland. It works out of its own shop but will also come to you if you fall within its service area, which covers Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC.

The shop handles tune-ups and general maintenance, repairs, and roof work on travel trailers, fifth wheels, motorhomes, and campers, and has worked on Winnebago units. One thing that sets it apart is its ArmorThane roof system, a spray-applied coating meant to replace the usual seams and roll-on sealants with one continuous membrane across the roof. The process starts with an inspection, since existing damage like rotted decking or trapped moisture has to be repaired before the coating goes on. That inspection step matters: a roof issue missed now often turns into a much bigger repair once it reaches the walls or framing.

No hourly rate, trip fee, or diagnostic fee is published, so ask about those when you call. Hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. The business backs its work with a guarantee on every maintenance job it accepts, and its ArmorThane installations carry their own warranty coverage for defects in material or workmanship. The chief technician, Ben, runs the hands-on side of the business alongside family members Autumn and others who handle the business side.

Google rates it 4.7 stars from 41 reviews.

This is a good fit for an RV owner in Southern Maryland, Virginia, or DC who wants a shop that will also travel to them, or anyone considering a long-term roof fix instead of repeated resealing.
