Stepper RV Services

Stepper RV Services is a complete RV and trailer repair, maintenance, parts and accessories resource based in Harvey, Louisiana, in the Greater New Orleans Area. You bring the RV to its shop, where all repairs are performed by appointment only.

It works on engines, generators and transmissions, along with belts, seals, hoses, drive train and axles, steering and suspension, fluid levels and lubricants, and leaks of all kinds. It handles Class A, Class B and Class C motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers and toy haulers, and lists work across brands including Dometic, Norcold, Onan, Cummins, Suburban, Lippert Components and Atwood, among many others. Its shop uses a 90,000 pound lifting system that raises a coach for "stand-up" under coach access, which it says means "issues are easily diagnosed and repaired" without damaging the frame, useful for anyone who has waited on a rack that could not get a mechanic underneath.

No trip fee, hourly rate or diagnostic fee is published, so ask about pricing when you call. Office hours run Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Stepper RV Services handles warranty and extended warranty work on most RVs with approval from the manufacturer or warranty agent, which matters if a covered part fails and you want the paperwork done right the first time. It says it is locally owned and operated.

This is a good fit for an owner in or passing through the Greater New Orleans Area who wants a shop that can do warranty-approved work and stocks its own parts counter, rather than a mobile call to a campsite.
