Cajun Gloss

Cajun Gloss is a detailing business based in Covington, Louisiana, and has been at it since 2016. It does mobile and shop work. Its mobile unit brings detailing to "your doorstep," and you can bring the RV to its shop on North Tyler Street. The mobile service is described in general terms, so ask whether it will come to a motorhome in your driveway.

Cajun Gloss does auto, boat and RV work. For RVs it lists "RV and Motorhome Detailing and Ceramic Coating," along with paint correction, interior and exterior detailing, and full detailing. Motorhomes are the only RV type it names. Its service area is "Covington and the surrounding areas." It calls the shop "the perfect setting for extensive treatments like ceramic coatings and paint correction."

No RV pricing and no trip fee are published, so ask about the trip fee when you call. The posted prices are for car packages, not RVs. Ask for a "free price quote" before you book. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with Saturday by appointment only, and no after-hours service is listed.

The Platinum package "comes with a lifetime warranty," so ask whether that covers a motorhome. No certifications are named, so ask what training the people doing the work have. A ceramic coating is a long-term job, so get the warranty terms before work starts.

This is a good fit for an RV owner around Covington who wants ceramic coating or paint correction at the shop and is ready to ask for a price before booking, or a motorhome owner asking whether the mobile unit can reach a driveway.
