Own this business? Update this listingFun in the Sun RV Repair is a mobile RV repair business based in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana. It comes to you, at your home, business or campsite, and if you are outside its service area it will arrange to meet you closer. It names Breaux Bridge, Lafayette, Scott, Carencro, Broussard, Youngsville, New Iberia, St. Martinville, Abbeville, Duson and Opelousas among the places it serves.
It works on all RV makes and models. Its list covers roofing, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, awnings, A/C and heating, flooring, appliances and slide toppers. It does authorized extended warranty work and insurance claims, and it honors the NWAN forever extended warranty. A tech who comes to the campsite saves you hitching up or towing a rig that has a roof leak or a dead A/C.
No prices or trip fee are published, so ask about the trip fee when you call (337) 654-3887. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM, closed Saturday and Sunday. It takes debit and credit cards, money orders and cash, and it no longer accepts checks.
It is owned and run by Melvin Dekerlegand, described as a "licensed RV Technician," and his wife, Jennifer. They opened the business 9 years ago. It names no certifying body and says nothing about insurance coverage.
This is a good fit for an owner around Lafayette and Breaux Bridge who wants repairs done at home or at the campground, or who has an extended warranty or insurance claim to work through.
