Asher Luxury RV

Asher Luxury RV is an RV repair shop based in Danville, Kentucky, and it comes to you. For a rig that will not move far, a tech who comes to the campground or storage lot saves a tow and a wait at a shop bay. It names no service area beyond Kentucky, so ask whether it will travel to your spot before you book.

It works on Class A and Class C motorhomes and lists Onan and AquaHot among its brands. Its published services include a full engine service, a motorhome inspection covering the house, chassis and roof, roof structure and sealant inspection, winterizing with a full plumbing inspection, and Oasis, AquaHot and Hydro Hot service. A roof check is worth doing once a year, since dried-out sealant lets water into the walls before any stain shows inside. Its tire replacement page lists 50 per tire but also says the service is not available, so confirm that first.

Its hourly rate is listed as 120 per hour, which its motorhome inspection (4 hours) and winterizing pages both use. It publishes no trip fee, no rate for most repairs, and no after-hours or emergency service, so ask about the trip fee when you call. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturday, 8:30am to 1:00pm, with Sunday closed. The phone number is 859-325-5868.

It names no certifications, license, insurance or warranty, so ask about each before you book. Google rates it 4.7 stars from 19 reviews and files it under car detailing service, so ask whether its detailing covers motorhomes.

This is a good fit for a Kentucky motorhome owner who wants an oil change, roof check or winterizing done where the rig is parked, and who will confirm the trip fee, service area and tire availability before booking. It is a weaker fit for a traveler who needs a repair after hours, since it lists no emergency service.
