Faithful RV

Faithful RV is a mobile RV repair service based in Kansas City, working out of Lenexa, Kansas. It comes to you, at your campsite, your home, or anywhere in the surrounding area, so there is no need to tow a rig that cannot move.

It works on air conditioning and heat pumps, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical systems, water heaters and furnaces, exterior repairs, slide-out mechanisms, and awnings, on all RV makes and models. It also handles winterizing and dewinterizing, certified inspections, and tank cleaning and sanitation. Its listed service area covers Lenexa, Olathe, Overland Park, and the greater Kansas City metro.

Faithful RV does not publish a trip fee, an hourly rate, or a diagnostic fee, so ask about those when you call. Regular hours run 9 to 5, seven days a week, and it also offers emergency service beyond its normal Monday through Friday 7 to 5 window, which matters if your AC quits on a Saturday in July and cannot wait for Monday.

The reviews point to one name doing the work, Justin, with his wife Hilary handling scheduling calls. Owners describe him fixing a hot water heater, a clogged line in a fifth wheel, cracked skylights, and a stubborn plumbing issue in a confined bathroom vanity that another mobile service had turned away. Google rates Faithful RV 5 stars from 116 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner in the Kansas City area who wants a technician to show up at the driveway or campsite rather than schedule a shop appointment, and who is willing to ask about pricing upfront since none is posted.
