Bears Camper and RV Service LLC

Bears Camper and RV Service LLC is a camper and RV repair business based in El Dorado, Kansas. Ask when you call whether it comes to your site or whether you bring the rig to it.

It works on batteries, tires, brakes, axles and leaf springs, propane systems and detectors, water heaters, AC units and refrigerators, water systems and holding tanks, and electrical outlets, checking for voltage and correct polarity. That is a broad once-over, the kind of inspection worth having before a long trip or after one, since a bad propane detector or a miswired outlet is not something you want to find out about on the road.

It lists a camper and RV servicing package at $100, covering the full inspection list above, and quotes 6 hours for the job. There is no published trip fee, hourly rate or diagnostic fee beyond that package price, and no stated hours, so confirm those details on the phone.

The business describes itself as veteran and first responder owned, and says it has "a commitment to safety that we take very seriously." It also says, "We offer local services so you won't have to wait for weeks to get your RV serviced," which is worth asking about directly, since turnaround time matters when your rig is down.

Google rates it 4.9 stars from 12 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner near El Dorado who wants a single flat-rate inspection covering the major systems, rather than piecing together separate appointments for batteries, propane and the fridge.
