Kansas RV Service Center

Kansas RV Service Center is a fixed-location RV repair shop based in Chanute, Kansas. You bring the RV to its facility in the Chanute Industrial Park, a half mile east of Chanute Senior High School and close to Santa Fe Safari RV Campground.

The shop works on repairs, service and maintenance for fifth wheels, pop-ups, motorhomes, and horse and travel trailers, and says it works on RVs "from all over the U.S. and Canada." It runs 15 service bays, which matters for an owner on a longer trip, since a shop with that much bay space is less likely to leave a rig sitting outside waiting its turn. It no longer sells RVs but still services the HitchHiker line, a detail worth knowing if that is what you tow, since factory lines sometimes get dropped by shops once a dealer stops selling them.

No trip fee, hourly rate or diagnostic fee is published, so ask about pricing when you call. Hours run Monday through Thursday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, and the shop notes it is closed Friday September 4 through Monday September 7.
