S&H Campground

S&H Campground is a campground and RV service business based in Greenfield, Indiana. It runs an on-site service center you can bring your RV to while you camp there, and its technicians also go out to you anywhere in central Indiana, so you choose whichever fits your trip.

It works on motorhomes, travel trailers and pop-up campers, covering plumbing, HVAC, LP systems, appliances, roof repair and sealing, winterization and de-winterization, warranty repairs and detailing. Its technicians also handle rubber-roof treatments, which means cleaning the roof, checking lap joints and applying a UV treatment and conditioner, a job worth doing regularly since roof failures are among the costlier RV repairs to let go. Inspections come from an NRVIA-certified inspector, which matters if you are buying a used rig and want a 45-point checklist run before you sign.

No hourly rate, trip fee or diagnostic fee is published, so ask about those when you call. S&H does say it can respond to on-the-road emergencies within an hour's drive of its facility, which is worth knowing if you break down near Greenfield or Indianapolis. It also offers a 10% service discount to military veterans.

S&H has been family owned and operated since 1968, and its technicians are fully insured.

This is a good fit for a traveler camping or passing through central Indiana who wants a tech to come to the campsite instead of hunting for a shop, or an owner near Greenfield who wants a pre-purchase inspection or winterizing done without an appointment at a dealer.
