Xclusive Detailing Customs

Xclusive Detailing Customs is a mobile detailing business based in Crystal Lake, Illinois. It comes to you, working at homes, offices and approved locations rather than a fixed shop, and lists marine and RV detailing among its services alongside its car, truck and motorcycle work.

The published packages and pricing on its site are built around cars and motorcycles, with stage-based interior and exterior details, ceramic coating packages and mobile wash tiers, but it does not publish a specific menu or prices for RV jobs. If you are calling about a travel trailer, fifth wheel or motorhome, ask directly what the RV detailing covers and what it costs, since the rig's size and condition will likely factor into the quote the way it does for its larger vehicle jobs.

The business covers Crystal Lake, Huntley, Algonquin, Barrington, Cary, Lake in the Hills, Woodstock, Fox River Grove, Elgin, Carpentersville, Hampshire, Pingree Grove, McHenry and the wider Chicagoland area. Payment is due on completion, with some services requiring a deposit at booking. Hours are Monday through Saturday 8am to 6pm and Sunday 9am to 3pm, by appointment only.

The business is owned and operated by Nicholas Waters. It has a service area spread across a dozen named Illinois towns, which matters if you are trying to find someone willing to drive out to a storage lot rather than making you haul the rig somewhere.

This is a good fit for an RV owner in the northwest Chicago suburbs who wants the outside and inside of their rig washed, waxed or coated at home or in storage, and who is willing to call first and confirm exactly what an RV job includes and costs before booking.
