The Wrench Truck & Trailer Repair

The Wrench Truck & Trailer Repair is a truck and trailer shop based in Chicago, IL, that also handles RV work, with a mobile repair team as well. It comes to you at the roadside or a job site when needed, and you can also bring the RV to its Chicago location.

Its RV page covers engine work, plumbing, and electrical systems, to "keep your recreational vehicle in great condition for all your trips." It serves Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, including Cicero, Berwyn, Brookfield, La Grange Park, Burbank, and Burr Ridge, among others. No hourly rate or trip fee is published, so ask about those when you call, along with whether a tech can meet you at your specific site.

Free estimates and 24/7 emergency service are available, which matters if a fridge or electrical system fails outside the Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm hours otherwise kept. A "90-minute towing promise" covers the case where the rig needs to move rather than be fixed where it sits. The business is "fully licensed and insured," and manufacturer warranties may apply depending on the repair. It has been in the industry for over ten years as a family-owned operation, and the staff is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Google rates it 4.4 stars from 42 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner near Chicago who wants one shop that can handle both the truck or tow vehicle and the RV itself, or a traveler who breaks down on the road and needs a mobile team that can reach the roadside directly.
