RVSPLUZ LLC.

RVSPLUZ LLC. is a mobile RV repair business based in Caldwell, Idaho. It comes to you, at your campsite, storage lot or driveway, wherever the rig happens to be sitting when something breaks.

It works on electrical systems, both 120 AC and 12 DC, plumbing and LP systems, water damage and remodels, roof, walls and flooring, summerizing and winterizing, inspections and walk-throughs, brake control, awnings and solar panels. No service area radius is published, so ask when you call whether your location falls within range.

No trip fee or hourly rate is published either, so ask about both before you schedule anything. Hours run Monday through Friday 8am to 5:30pm, Saturday 8:30am to 5:30pm and Sunday 9am to 4:30pm. "Emergency after-hour calls are always welcomed," which matters if your AC quits on a Sunday in July and you cannot wait until Monday.

The owner, Hector, works with Miguel. He brings "thirty years of experience--eighteen of those building RVs and twelve servicing--" to the job, and the shop is "licensed and insured." One traveler whose slide-out would not retract on a Saturday night wrote that Hector "was at my campsite in 30 minutes" and had them back on the road the same day, a reminder that a tech willing to come straight to the campground can save a stuck trip, not just a stuck slide.

Google rates it 5 stars from 122 reviews.

This is a good fit for a traveler stranded at a campground or storage lot in the Caldwell area with an electrical, plumbing, slide-out or roof problem who wants someone to come to the rig rather than wait on a shop opening.
