It does not touch engines, transmissions or chassis work, and it only does oil changes on generators, so call ahead if that is the job.
A trip fee is added to every visit based on distance: $75 for 0 to 15 miles, $125 for 16 to 45 miles, and $175 for 45 or more miles. Once on site, diagnostic and repair work runs $145 an hour. It also publishes flat rates for common jobs: a pre-trip inspection at $350, a complete annual check at $950, winterization from $225, an A/C service at $175, and a pre-delivery inspection from $500, among others. Hours are Monday through Friday 8 to 6, with Saturday for emergency calls only.
Brandon, the owner and tech, has over 10 years of experience, including time building RVs in Elkhart County, Indiana before working as a dealership service technician in Atlanta. The business is RVTI certified and fully insured. It does not offer a warranty on repairs, so you pay up front and can submit to your own extended warranty for reimbursement.
