Master Pro RV Services

Master Pro RV Services, LLC is a mobile RV repair service in Florida. It describes itself as "a mobile RV Repair Service that comes to you," so the work happens where your rig is parked. Its listed service areas are Disney's Fort Wilderness and "select Parks in Lake County," and it names no wider radius. No street address or city is given, so ask which parks it covers before you call.

It works on RV A/C replacement and repair, refrigerators, appliances, water heaters, heating repair, slide-outs, awnings, leveling systems, electrical (110 and 12VDC), batteries, converters and inverters, plumbing, holding tanks, LP gas systems, winterizing and de-winterizing. It names motor coaches, fifth wheels, travel trailers, toy haulers and horse trailers. It also lists brakes, tires, engine work, retrofits and safety checks as work it does not do, so plan on another shop for those.

It publishes no trip fee, hourly rate or diagnostic fee, so ask about all three when you call at 800-694-0218. Diagnostic time and travel are billed even if the problem is not fixed. It accepts Zelle and credit cards. Hours are Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM, with Saturday by appointment only, and no after-hours or emergency service is listed.

It is "Licensed & Insured" and lists a Motor Vehicle Repair Registration Certificate (MV90702) and an LP Gas License (33438). It notes that anyone who works on LP gas appliances in or on an RV has to hold an LP license, so that number is worth checking. Its experience is listed as "30-plus years of experience as Construction Contractors," so ask how long it has done RV work specifically. It says it works with "numerous extended warranty companies," so check whether your manufacturer is listed. It offers 10% off labor to military members with a valid military ID, to police, fire and first responders, teachers, nurses and health care workers, and to members of several travel and camping clubs with a valid membership card.

Google rates it 5 stars from 136 reviews. If you are not satisfied within 90 days, it says it will "do everything in our power to make things right."

This is a good fit for an owner with a rig at Disney's Fort Wilderness or a Lake County park who wants a mobile tech for A/C, refrigerator, slide-out or winterizing work, and who will ask for the quote before any work starts.
