RV Roof Maintenance and Repair

RV Roof Maintenance and Repair is a roof specialist based in Sebastian, Florida. It comes to you at your campground, storage lot or driveway, and you can also bring the RV to its location on Industrial Park Blvd.

It works on RV roofs: inspection, maintenance, repair, replacement and sealing, on materials including EPDM, TPO, silicone and fiberglass. It names fifth wheels among the RVs it services and lists service areas covering Melbourne Beach, Cocoa, Jupiter, Daytona Beach, St. Augustine, Okeechobee, the Treasure Coast and Fort Pierce. In its own words, it says, "We address minor leaks, conduct complete roof replacements, and prioritize precision and quality craftsmanship in every project."

No hourly rate or trip fee is published, so ask about both when you call. It lists minor repairs at up to a day, resealing at two to three days and a full replacement at three to five days, though it says these can shift with the size of the rig and its crew's schedule. Hours run Monday through Saturday, 9 to 5, closed Sunday.

The business is woman owned, has been at this work since 2017, and states it is licensed and insured. Owner Melissa Marler runs it and is named throughout its reviews, several of which mention her coming out to look at a roof before quoting a price, which matters on a job like this where damage is often worse than it looks from the ground. The business also stands behind its work and says it will return to fix anything that needs attention after the job is done.

This is a good fit for an owner in central or south Florida with a leaking or aging roof who wants someone to look at it in person before committing to a repair or full replacement.
