Premier RV Inspections and Protection is an owner-operated mobile RV inspection business based in Punta Gorda, Florida. Steven May handles every job himself and comes to you for inspections, sealant work and A/C diagnostics. The service area runs along the Gulf Coast through Venice, Sarasota, Bradenton, Punta Gorda, North Port, Fort Myers, Port Charlotte, Naples, Cape Coral and Englewood.

The work centers on roofs and keeping water out. A roof and exterior inspection covers sealants, seams, vents and slide-outs, soft-spot testing across the whole roof and a photo report with prioritized recommendations. Sealant and roof coating work reseals accessories, vents and trim and refreshes drip rail, fabric rail and slide-out seals. A rooftop A/C inspection checks temperatures, cleans the coil, tests compressor amp draw and looks at the control board and wiring. He also does pre-purchase and road-readiness inspections on Class A, Class C, 5th-wheel and travel trailers, and seasonal maintenance and safety checks. A pre-purchase inspection matters because roof rot and hidden water damage are expensive and easy for a seller to miss.

For buyers out of state, a remote consultation runs by FaceTime or video at a flat fee. No other prices or trip fee are published, so ask when you call. Hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, closed Sunday.
