RV Masters, LLC

RV Masters, LLC is a full service RV maintenance and repair company based in Lake Wales, Florida. It comes to you, working on-site and by emergency roadside across "Polk & Surrounding Counties." It states no radius, so ask whether it reaches your campground.

It works on engines and chassis, generators, A/C, leveling and slide-outs, water heaters, batteries, tires, roofs, inverters, and hitches. It services 5th wheels, bumper-pull travel trailers, house and chassis RVs and buses. A rig with a dead slide-out often cannot be moved safely, so a technician who comes to where it is parked saves a tow.

It publishes no trip fee and no hourly rate. Its rates are "dependent on your location and services needed," so ask about the trip fee when you call and give the exact location of the rig. Office hours are 08:00am to 05:00pm, Monday through Friday. Its "On-Site & Emergency Roadside services are available 24/7/365." It states "no longer offer In-Shop services," yet detail and wash and axle alignments are listed as in-shop only, so ask which applies before you book.

It is "Licensed & Insured" under FL License MV112670, and an approved vendor for "most aftermarket and extended warranty companies." It accepts insurance claims. It names no specific certifications for its technicians, so ask which ones apply to your rig. Its pre-purchase inspections include an "in-depth condition report," which is worth having before you buy a used rig because problems show up before any money changes hands. Google rates it 5 stars from 1 review.

This is a good fit for an owner in Polk County who wants a technician to come to a driveway, storage lot or campground, or a traveler with a broken slide-out or A/C after hours.
