Faithful Jack

Faithful Jack is a mobile-only RV and camper repair service based in High Springs, Florida. It comes to you, working at your home, a storage facility, a campground or an RV park, so a rig with a dead slide-out or a leaking tank does not have to be hauled anywhere.

It works on 12V and 120V electrical systems, batteries and converters, plumbing and water pumps, toilets and water heaters, fresh, gray and black tank problems, rooftop air conditioners, furnaces, refrigerators and stoves, roof seams and leak detection, slide-out mechanisms, stabilizers, jacks and leveling systems, and general maintenance and pre-trip inspections. It services travel trailers, fifth wheels, motorhomes, toy haulers and other camper types. It covers High Springs and Alachua County, generally traveling about 25 to 30 miles from High Springs, and asks that you send the exact location if you are not sure you fall inside that range.

No hourly rate, trip fee or diagnostic fee is published, so ask about those when you call. Faithful Jack backs its work with a guarantee stated as "If We Can't Fix It, There's No Labor Charge," which applies to labor for diagnosis and repair attempts when the problem cannot be diagnosed or fixed during the visit; trip fees, parts and completed work are not covered by it, so it is worth asking exactly what the guarantee includes for your situation. It also says it can provide documentation for insurance or warranty claims when asked ahead of time.

This is a good fit for an owner in or near High Springs and Alachua County who wants someone to come to the campsite, driveway or storage lot instead of arranging a tow, and who wants a plain explanation and an estimate before any work starts.
