PEM RV SERVICES, LLC

PEM RV Services, LLC is a mobile RV repair service based in Aurora, Colorado. It comes to you, working on rigs in the Denver Metro area and beyond, so there is no need to drive a motorhome or trailer across town just to get it looked at.

It works on A/C systems, furnaces, water heaters and refrigerators, handling both service and diagnostic work on each, and it also does winterizing and de-winterizing. It services Class A and Class B motorhomes, travel trailers and fifth wheels.

The company does not publish a trip fee, hourly rate or diagnostic charge, so ask about those when you call. What it does publish is its hours: 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, with emergency calls available including weekends and holidays. For an RV owner whose furnace quits on a cold weekend or whose fridge dies mid-trip, having someone who answers on a Saturday and comes to the campground or driveway matters more than a posted rate sheet.

Google rates it 5 stars from 33 reviews, which is worth something when you are handing your rig's repair over to someone you have not met before.

This is a good fit for a traveler stranded in or passing through the Denver Metro area with an AC, furnace, water heater or fridge problem, or for a local owner who would rather have a mobile tech handle winterizing in the driveway than wait for a shop appointment. Call and ask about the trip fee and hourly rate up front so there are no surprises on the bill.
