Lightning Auto, Boat & RV Detail

Lightning Auto, Boat & RV Detail is a mobile detailing business based in Westminster, California, in Orange County. It comes to you, at home, in a storage lot or at a campground, and it also takes RVs at its Westminster location if you would rather bring the rig in yourself.

It works on RVs, fifth wheel trailers, travel trailers, toy haulers and big rig trucks and trailers, offering hand and machine polishing, clay bar treatment for surface contamination, interior shampoo and sanitizing, leather conditioning and engine cleaning and detailing. It covers Orange County along with much of Los Angeles, Riverside and San Diego Counties, naming Long Beach, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Anaheim and Westminster among the areas it serves, and it also reaches Lake Havasu City and Parker, AZ, on a limited, appointment-only basis.

No trip fee, hourly rate or set hours are published, so ask about those when you call and confirm whether the job will be done at your site or at the Westminster location.

Lightning Auto, Boat & RV Detail has been run by owner Paul Burner since November 1989, which puts decades of practice behind the work. It says it serves "all boat and RV storage facilities, campgrounds, and RV parks from LA to San Diego that have available water and electrical facilities for our use," which matters if your RV is sitting in storage or parked at a campground and you do not want to haul it somewhere just to get it cleaned. It also offers discounts for active and retired military and law enforcement. Google rates it 4.7 stars from 114 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner in the Orange County, LA, Riverside or San Diego area who wants a detail done at a storage lot or campground rather than driving the rig across town, or anyone with a big rig or trailer that most detailers turn away.
