Roger's Camping Trailers

Roger's Camping Trailers is an RV repair shop based in Tracy, California. You bring the RV to its shop at 8010 W 11th St, where it handles routine service and repairs.

It works on motor homes, travel trailers, camping trailers, 5th wheels and horse trailers. The work covers roof maintenance and repair, plumbing repairs, water leak repairs, LPG systems, trailer undercarriage service (brakes, springs, wheel bearings, axles, shackles), trailer suspension repairs, collision repair, and appliance repair and replacement for fridges, water heaters, furnaces, AC units and stoves. It also services commercial and industrial trailers. It carries a stock of parts for brakes, sway bars, electrical adapters, appliances, cabinet hardware and lighting, and will order what it does not have. It does not work on motor home engines or chassis, does not fill propane bottles, and only services generators when the rig is already in for other maintenance or repair, since it says it lacks the space for generator demand on its own. It serves owners in Tracy, San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasanton, Livermore, Central Valley, Manteca, Lathrop, Antioch, Modesto and Stockton.

No hourly rate or trip fee is published, so ask when you call what a job is likely to run. Hours are Tuesday through Friday, 10am to 4pm, and Saturday, 9am to 3pm, closed Sunday and Monday.

The shop has been running for over 57 years, founded in 1965 by Roger Pennelly and now run by the second and third generation of the family. It won the 2022 Tracy Award in the RV Repair Shop category, and Google rates it 4.7 stars from 69 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner near Tracy or the surrounding Central Valley towns who wants an established shop for appliance, roof, plumbing or undercarriage work, and who can plan to bring the rig in rather than need it fixed on site.
