Whitney's Auto & RV Care Center
Own this business? Update this listingWhitney's Auto & RV Care Center is an auto repair shop and RV service center based in Simi Valley, California. You bring the RV to its facility on Chambers Lane rather than the other way around, where the team checks you in and goes over what you need.
It works on RV chassis, suspension and brakes, engine and powertrain systems, electrical and diagnostics, generators, and A/C and heating. It is also an official STAR smog station, running California emissions testing and CARB Clean Truck Check compliance for 2013 and newer diesel motorhomes, plus pre-trip safety inspections and pre-purchase inspections covering brakes, chassis, steering and engine components. Its bays are built with high-clearance lifts sized for large Class A, B and C motorhomes, not just cars. It serves drivers from Simi Valley, Moorpark, Thousand Oaks, Camarillo, Porter Ranch and the San Fernando Valley, and keeps hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
No hourly rate, trip fee or diagnostic fee is published, so ask about pricing when you call. The shop is a third generation family business running since 1960, which matters for an RV owner because a crew that has handled motorhomes for decades has likely already seen whatever is wrong with yours. It also runs a digital diagnostic process with photo and video updates before any work starts, so you see the problem rather than taking someone's word for it.
Google rates it 4.2 stars from 36 reviews.
This is a good fit for an RV owner in Ventura County or the San Fernando Valley who needs a smog check, a pre-trip inspection, or chassis and engine work done at a shop rather than roadside.
