RV Service Center Of Santa Cruz

RV Service Center Of Santa Cruz is an RV repair shop based at 2525 Mission St in Santa Cruz, California. This is a bring-it-in operation: you drive the rig to the shop rather than have a tech come to you.

The shop works on motorhomes, campers, trailers, fifth wheels and camper vans, covering AC units, refrigerators, water heaters, furnaces, slide-outs, leveling systems, generators, converters and inverters, roof repair and resealing, propane systems, plumbing, electrical and RV body and collision work, including fiberglass and aluminum repair. Technician certifications cover Atwood, Dometic, Norcold, Road Trek, Lippert, Aqua Hot and Suburban equipment, which matters if a warranty repair on one of those systems needs a brand-certified tech to be valid. It serves Santa Cruz and the surrounding area, including Monterey.

No trip fee, hourly rate or diagnostic fee is published, so ask about cost when you call to book. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, closed Sunday.

The shop has been operating in Santa Cruz since 1976, which it describes as making it the longest-running RV parts and service center in the area. It accepts all insurance companies and extended warranties, so a claim or a warranty repair does not need to be worked out before they will look at the rig. Google rates it 4.5 stars from 95 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner in or passing through the Santa Cruz or Monterey area who can get the RV to a shop, especially for roof, body or appliance work tied to an insurance claim or an extended warranty.
