Discount RV Center INC.

Discount RV Center INC. is a full-service RV repair shop based in Ramona, California. It does not offer mobile repair, so you bring the RV to its facility on Main Street, and appointments are required, with Saturday by appointment only and the shop closed on Sundays.

It works on tires, wheel bearings and brakes, engine service and generator service, roof repair, slide-out repair and collision damage. It services all types of RVs, toy-haulers, travel trailers, fifth wheels, Class B vans and horse trailers, and specializes in RV collision repair.

No hourly rate, trip fee or diagnostic fee is published, so ask about cost when you call. There is an after-hours emergency line, reached by calling the main number and selecting "0", and the shop states that an emergency service rate applies then. Regular office hours run Monday through Friday from 9AM to 4PM.

Discount RV has been family owned and operated since 1999, and it backs its work with a lifetime guarantee on all workmanship, which matters if a repair fails down the road and you do not want to pay twice. It also holds preferred repair insurance contracts with Farmers Insurance, Foremost Insurance, Nationwide Insurance and National General Insurance, so if your RV damage is going through a claim, this is a shop that already knows how to work that process rather than one you have to walk through it yourself.

Google rates it 4.8 stars from 96 reviews.

This is a good fit for an RV owner near Ramona who can bring the rig in for scheduled work, especially collision damage or an insurance claim, rather than someone who needs a tech to come to them.
