Monterey Mobile RV Repair

Monterey Mobile RV Repair is a mobile RV tech based in Pacific Grove, California. It comes to you, at your campground or roadside, rather than you bringing the rig to a shop.

It works on slide-outs, water pumps, jacks, electrical systems, furnaces, air conditioners, water leaks and generators, and it will also change a flat tire. It covers the Monterey County area, naming Monterey, Carmel, Carmel Valley, Pebble Beach, Seaside, Marina, Watsonville, Castroville, Prunedale and Aromas as towns it reaches. It also offers pre-purchase and annual inspections, which matter if you are looking at a used rig and want a second set of eyes before you hand over money.

No trip fee, hourly rate or diagnostic fee is published, so ask about the trip fee when you call. It says it is "available 24 hours a day depending on availability," which matters for a breakdown that will not wait until morning.

The business describes itself as "Family Owned, Fine Tuned" and says it has "5 years of experience in minor RV Repairs," working on electrical, mechanical, heating and cooling issues. It also runs a two hour RV equipment course for owners who want hands-on help learning their rig's systems, aimed at people new to RVing.

Google rates it 4.6 stars from 21 reviews.

This is a good fit for a traveler broken down or stuck at a campground in the Monterey Bay area with a minor repair, or a local owner who wants a pre-purchase or annual inspection without hauling the RV anywhere.
