Modesto Trailer Repair

Modesto Trailer Repair is a trailer repair shop based in Modesto, California, at 1306 Granite Lane. You bring your RV trailer to its shop rather than have a tech come to you. It handles trailer repair of many kinds and says it does "all types of fabrication and customization" alongside the repair work.

Among the many trailer types it works on, RV trailers are named specifically. On the RV side it lists axle install and repair, roof repair, trailer brakes both magnetic and hydraulic, electrical work, solar panels, satellite, video and audio, slide-outs and remodels. It also handles dry rot and rust, hydraulics, and trailer hitch install and repair. That is a wide spread of systems under one roof, which matters if your RV trailer has more than one thing wrong with it, since you are not stuck finding a second shop for the roof after the first one does the brakes.

The shop says it is minutes from Modesto, Manteca, Stockton, Oakdale, Riverbank, Turlock, Merced, Ripon, Livingston, Atwater and the Stanislaus area generally, so it is a reasonable option for a stretch of the Central Valley even if you are not local to Modesto itself. There is no published hourly rate or trip fee and no stated hours, so ask about cost and scheduling when you call.

Google rates it 4.4 stars from 30 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner in the Central Valley with an RV trailer needing structural, electrical or slide-out work, who wants one shop that covers several systems rather than a specialist for each.
