RV Inspections by George

RV Inspections by George is an RV inspection service based in Long Beach, California. George comes to the RV itself, whether it sits on a dealer's lot or at a private seller's driveway, so you never have to tow or drive it somewhere else before you buy it.

He inspects Class A, Class B and Class C motorhomes, fifth wheel trailers, travel trailers and toy haulers, checking structure, roof, undercarriage, slide-outs, appliances, plumbing, electrical and safety systems across more than 150 points. He also offers fluid analysis on engine oil, transmission fluid, coolant and generator fluids, a step most inspectors skip and one that can catch a failing engine or transmission before you sign anything.

No trip fee, hourly rate or diagnostic fee is published, so ask about cost and what is included when you call. Hours run Monday through Saturday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and a detailed report with photos and priorities arrives within 24 to 48 hours of the inspection.

George holds NRVIA certification along with RVTIA, Colman, Dometic, Aqua Hot and Dicor Roof certifications, and he is fully insured. An NRVIA certified inspector matters most before you hand over money on a used rig, since a seller's walkthrough will not catch a soft roof seam or a generator about to quit. He has worked in RV inspection and maintenance for over 15 years and has inspected more than 300 RVs. He covers Southern California, including San Diego, Riverside, Menifee, Colton, San Marcos, Indio and Orange County.

Google rates him 5 stars from 101 reviews.

This is a good fit for anyone about to buy a used or new RV in Southern California who wants a second set of eyes, and the fluid analysis, before closing the deal.
