OnSite Truck & Equipment Repair
Own this business? Update this listingOnSite Truck & Equipment Repair is a heavy-duty truck and diesel repair shop based in Fontana, California, that also works on RVs. It has a shop at 10975 Hemlock Ave where you can bring your rig, and it runs mobile service too, so a tech will come to you wherever you are.
Its RV work covers routine maintenance, engine repairs, electrical system fixes and HVAC servicing, using diagnostic equipment to track down the problem before anything gets taken apart. The mobile side serves all of Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Bernardino County and the Inland Empire, reaching towns like Chino Hills, Claremont, Pomona, Riverside and Palm Springs. That matters if your RV breaks down somewhere between campgrounds and you cannot easily get it to a shop.
No hourly rate, diagnostic fee or trip fee is published, so ask about those when you call. It is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with weekends by appointment only, and it offers 24/7 roadside assistance for breakdowns outside regular hours. The shop has been under its current owner, Sean, since 2018, and it describes itself as keeping "strong, first-name-basis relationships with each of our clients," which is worth something if you want the same tech picking up the phone next time.
Google rates it 3.7 stars from 100 reviews.
This is a good fit for a traveler broken down somewhere in the Inland Empire or greater Los Angeles area who needs a tech to come to the roadside, or an RV owner nearby who would rather bring the rig into a shop that also handles trucks and trailers.
