Anchor & Axle Mobile Detailing

Anchor & Axle Mobile Detailing is a mobile detailing crew based in Elk Grove, California. It comes to you, working at your driveway, storage lot or the marina, so an RV or boat never has to be towed anywhere for a wash and wax.

It details Class A and Class C motorhomes, travel trailers and camper vans, along with boats including center consoles, bowriders, pontoons and cabin cruisers. On the RV side the work covers a multi-stage exterior wash safe for decals and graphics, roof, awning and slide-out cleaning, black streak and road film removal from fiberglass siding, a wheel and undercarriage rinse, plus an interior vacuum, wipe-down and window cleaning. It also does oxidation removal and machine buffing on chalky, faded gelcoat and fiberglass, ceramic coating, deeper interior cleaning, and seasonal storage prep, a pre-winter wash and a spring wake-up detail so a rig does not sit dirty all off-season. Its service area covers Elk Grove and the greater Sacramento area, including Sacramento, Rancho Cordova and Galt.

There is no published trip fee, hourly rate or flat price list. Every job gets a free look before a quote, so ask for a number when you call rather than guessing from a menu. A standard wash and wax runs 2 to 4 hours, with oxidation removal, ceramic coating or a full detail on a larger rig taking most of a day. Hours run Monday through Saturday 7am to 7pm, with Sunday by appointment.

Google rates it 5.0 stars, listed as its average rating.

This is a good fit for an owner whose RV has sat in storage through a season of sun and hard water and needs the oxidation and chalk worked off, or anyone who owns both an RV and a boat and would rather book one crew for both.
