Five Star Truck & Auto Repair

Five Star Truck & Auto Repair is a truck and auto shop based in Anaheim, California. You bring the RV to its shop at 2349 W La Palma Ave # 106, and the shop recommends calling ahead to set up a time so the team is ready when you arrive.

The shop lists RV repair and service among a long menu of work that also covers cars, trucks and commercial vehicles (excluding semis). Named systems include A/C repair and service, brake repair and service, oil changes, transmission repair and service, cooling system work, fuel system work and electrical repair. It does not list RV-specific systems like slide-outs, awnings or RV refrigerators by name, so ask when you call whether it handles the particular system giving you trouble.

No hourly rate, trip fee or diagnostic fee is published, so ask about cost when you call. The shop offers after-hour drop-offs for RV owners who cannot get there during business hours, which run Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. It also offers Snap Financing for owners who want to spread out a bigger repair bill.

Five Star backs its work with a 1-year/12,000-mile warranty, which matters on a repair you hope not to pay for twice. It has been in business since 1989, a long run for a shop in the same Anaheim location. It is a family-owned, second-generation operation, and staff speak English and Spanish. Google rates it 4.5 stars from 49 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner near Anaheim or Fullerton who can get the RV to a shop rather than needing one to come to them, and who wants a long-established, warrantied repair over a guess at a campground.
