West Wind RV

West Wind RV is a mobile RV tech based in Aguanga, California. It comes to you, and Kathy and Mike Chavez run the business, which has served the parks around Aguanga for years.

It works on Class A, B and C motorhomes, travel trailers, toy haulers, fifth wheels, horse trailers, pop-up trailers and truck campers. The job list is long: annual maintenance inspections, generator service and oil changes, winterizing and de-winterizing, window seals, solar and inverters, electrical systems, water heaters, furnaces, LP inspections, roof seals and rubber roof maintenance, refrigerator and A/C service, slide-out repair, plumbing, water leak damage repair and LED lighting. It also handles RV product installations like leveling systems, backup cameras, awnings and washer/dryers, and takes on remodeling and restoration work. It works directly with manufacturer warranties, extended warranties and insurance claims, which matters if your repair might be covered rather than paid out of pocket.

No trip fee, hourly rate or service radius is published, so ask about those when you call, along with whether it can reach your campground, storage lot or driveway.

The business has "over 23 years experience in the RV industry" and has operated in the Inland Empire since 1989, a long run for a family owned outfit in one region.

Google rates it 3.2 stars from 19 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner in the Aguanga or Rancho California area who wants one shop for both routine maintenance and insurance or warranty repair work, and who is comfortable calling ahead to settle the price before scheduling.
