Precision RV Inspections is an NRVIA certified RV inspection business based in Northwest Arkansas. It is mobile, meaning Mark Dobbs comes to the RV wherever it sits, and its pages say "No need to be at the inspection, we handle everything." Full utility hookups make for the most complete look, but it can still perform critical structural, safety and mechanical checks on an RV with limited or no hookups.

It inspects the exterior, roof and awnings, slide rooms and leveling systems, electrical systems, generator and inverter, LP gas system, water systems, heating and air conditioning, kitchen appliances, life safety components, running gear and hitch, chassis and undercarriage, and interior condition on small and large travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, and Class A, B and C motorhomes. It also offers fluid analysis on engine oil, generator oil, transmission fluid and coolant, useful for spotting wear before it becomes a repair bill. It serves Fayetteville, Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale and the rest of Northwest Arkansas, and travels into Missouri and Oklahoma as well.

Pricing is published by RV type: a small travel trailer runs $495, a large travel trailer $695, a fifth wheel $795, a fifth wheel toy hauler $845, a Class B or C motorhome $845, and a Class A motorhome $895. Fluid analysis runs $125 per sample. No trip fee or hourly rate is published, so ask about that when you call. Every inspection gets a same-day digital report with photos, findings and a summary from roof to undercarriage. Mark Dobbs brings more than 20 years of investigative and forensic background to the work, useful background for a job that is about catching what a casual walk through would miss.

This is a good fit for a buyer about to close on a used or new RV in the tri-state area, or an owner watching a warranty clock run out who wants documented findings before coverage expires.
