HQ RV Mobile Services

HQ RV Mobile Services is a mobile RV tech based in Little Rock, Arkansas. It comes to you, and it lists onsite repairs as available, so ask when you call whether it can meet you at your campground, storage lot or driveway.

It works on furnaces, air conditioners, plumbing, electrical, LP systems, refrigerators, generators, awnings, sliderooms, leveling systems, Aqua Hot and Hydro Hot systems, and solar. It names Winegard, LCI, Dometic, Atwood and Onan as brands it works with.

No hourly rate or trip fee is published, so ask about both when you call, along with whether it covers your area. It books by appointment only.

HQ RV also works with extended service contracts, submitting claims to Good Sam, Protective, Xtraride, Route 66, American Guardian and others, and with insurance carriers including Allstate, USAA, Progressive, State Farm and Farmer's. In its words, "Let us submit for coverage and take the stress out of your insurance claim, onsite repairs available," and it handles the photos, estimates and adjuster discussions once a claim is filed. That matters if your rig has a covered failure: instead of managing the paperwork yourself while trying to get the rig fixed, the shop handles the back and forth with the adjuster.

It has been doing this since 2019. Google rates it 5 stars from 14 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner in the Little Rock area with a system failure covered under a service contract or insurance policy, or anyone who would rather have a tech deal with the adjuster than do it themselves.
