Jon's Service Center

Jon's Service Center is an auto repair shop based in Fort Smith, Arkansas, at 11418 U. S. Hwy 71. Car repair is its main trade, and RV work is a secondary line. It does not come to your site, so you bring the RV to the shop. Google lists it as an RV repair shop, with a 4.6 rating from 82 reviews.

Its RV work is listed as routine maintenance, engine repairs and systems troubleshooting. It names no RV types, brands or specific RV systems, so ask whether your problem is in scope before you book. Its other work is oil changes, tires, diagnostics and repair for cars, and towing that brings vehicles to its facility.

No RV labor rate, diagnostic fee or trip fee is published, so ask about the trip fee and hourly rate when you call. Hours are Monday through Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday 8am to 2pm. Its contact details show weekday hours ending at 5:30pm in one place, so confirm before you drive over. No after-hours or emergency service is listed.

The shop calls itself "the premier auto repair shop in the River Valley" and says it has been servicing vehicles for over 30 years. No RV certification, licensing, insurance, warranty or named technician is given. That matters because an RV has a house side and a chassis side, and you want someone who has trained on both. Ask who works on RVs and what training they have.

This is a good fit for an RV owner in the Fort Smith area who needs routine maintenance or an engine repair and can get the rig to the shop during weekday hours. A traveler with a system problem should call first to confirm the shop will take that work.
