Prattville Auto & RV Repair Center LLC

Prattville Auto & RV Repair Center LLC is a full service auto and RV shop based in Prattville, Alabama, and it also sends mechanics out. You can bring the rig to its facility at 1259-C South Memorial Dr, or it will come to you: it says it "offers mobile repair services for those who prefer vehicle servicing at their home, workplace, or even roadside."

The shop works on coach and chassis systems both, including roofs, engines, brakes, electrical, AC repair, transmission work, and water or accident damage. It handles Class A motorhomes, pop-ups and everything between, plus generator work (owners have had Onan generators repaired here) and trailer hitches, wiring and tires. It also offers pre-purchase and pre-trip inspections, which matter if you are about to buy a used rig or head out on a long trip and want a second set of eyes first.

No hourly rate, trip fee or diagnostic fee is published, so ask about those when you call, including whether a mobile visit to your site carries its own charge. The shop works directly with extended warranties and insurance companies, and it offers after-hours drop off at the Prattville facility for anyone who cannot get there during business hours, which run Monday through Friday, 7:30 to 4:00. It has been doing this work since 1999, started by a military family, with over 100 years of combined RV, auto and service experience among its staff.

This is a good fit for an owner near Prattville and Central Alabama who wants one shop for both the chassis and the coach, or a traveler who breaks down in the area and needs mobile help without waiting for a tow.
