SATELLITE RV SOLUTIONS LLC

Satellite RV Solutions is a mobile RV repair business based in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. It comes to you, bringing parts and tools to your campsite rather than asking you to haul the rig to a shop.

The business covers Muscle Shoals, Madison and Decatur, and it names the NASA RV Park and the campgrounds along the Tennessee River as places it works. If a slide-out or an appliance quits while you are camped on the river, that matters: you do not have to break camp and tow a rig that may not be safe to move just to get it looked at.

There is no hourly rate or trip fee published, and no list of specific systems or brands it services. Ask about the trip fee and what it charges per hour when you call, and describe the problem, your location and your preferred time for a visit so they can plan the stop.

The crew describes itself as having "decades of experience as both service providers as well as being avid campers themselves," which is worth something when you are trying to explain a problem over the phone to someone who has actually camped where you are camped. The business also says it uses "only the best quality parts" on repairs. Google rates it 4.5 stars from 32 reviews.

This is a good fit for a traveler parked at a campground along the Tennessee River or near Muscle Shoals who needs a tech to come to the site rather than finding a way to move the rig, and who is comfortable asking about price and scope on the phone before scheduling.
